21 Day Core Activator: Day 3 - Slow-Flow with Breathing

Today's focus is learning how to use the exhale to stabilize and brace the core. This technique is what we use to maintain balance whenever we move action from one side of the body to the other. We also use it when we are doing any one-legged balance poses.
